How we think about it
Why “which ad won?”
is the wrong question.
Say you run forty ads this quarter and three of them win. The standard agency report tells you which three. Useful - for about a fortnight, until those three fatigue and you're back to guessing.
The better question is why they won. Was it the hook style? The talent? The offer framing? The format? You can't answer that by looking at individual ads, because every ad is a bundle of a dozen variables at once.
So we code them. Every creative gets a code and tagged attributes, joined to performance data - read weekly for what to make next, and re-cut each quarter at concept level. Now the report says something durable: founder-to-camera hooks outperform creator hooks on cold traffic for this account, and problem-first framing beats product-first everywhere. That doesn't fatigue in a fortnight - it's a brief for the next quarter of production.
Unlimited
Creative volume, with no
per-asset invoice.
Creative production is included in the retainer rather than billed per asset. That matters more than it sounds: the moment volume becomes a cost conversation, testing gets rationed - and on a platform where creative is the main lever, rationing testing is rationing results. It's also why creative and media buying sit in one team here, with the loop running weekly rather than quarterly.
