Sydney · Paid social & performance

Most of our clients are in Sydney. So is part of our team.

MILKRUN, Vitable, EatClub, Dr Naomi, Bellissima, Inher - most of the brands we run paid acquisition for are Sydney businesses, two of them for five years running. We run their Meta, TikTok and Google, and make the creative in-house, with one of the team based in Sydney full-time and the rest in Melbourne.
We'll pull your live ads from the Meta Ad Library before we speak, then show you which concepts are carrying your spend, what's fatigued, and what you haven't tested yet.

What we run

Three channels, one in-house creative team.

We only do paid acquisition, and we do it narrowly on purpose. We also build Partnership and Spark Ads and produce creative in-house - see all services.

Sydney work

Five years with
Sydney's DTC brands.

MILKRUN - grocery delivery at national scale across Australia and New Zealand since 2023, at a 12× blended return on ad spend. Creative strategy and production, Partnership Ads, and quarterly full-account audits.
EatClub - an app helping restaurants fill tables at off-peak times. Five-plus years of paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and Google, through scaling in Australia and a UK launch. One $130 creator video pulled 3.4M views.
Bellissima - TikTok built into a profitable full-funnel channel for an award-winning hero product across four markets, at 2.5× ROAS.
Vitable - a client since 2021. Adding Partnership Ads alongside their existing creative delivered a cost of acquisition 51% below the other formats running in the same account, at six-figure monthly spend.
Dr Naomi - blended ROAS rebuilt from around 1× to a sustained 3×+ through catalogue and creative strategy.
Inher - a pre-launch Sydney brand whose two founders both reviewed us publicly before a single ad went live.
Woolworths - Partnership Ads and creator campaigns for one of Australia's largest retail groups, run alongside their own media team.
One hour

What a Sydney office would actually get you.

An hour's flight. That's the whole difference, and we make the trip for planning sessions and quarterly reviews. Paid acquisition isn't a local-knowledge business - what moves your CAC is creative volume, testing discipline and someone reading the data properly, and none of that improves with a postcode. Retail and hospitality are different, and if your growth depends on foot traffic you want a local specialist, not us. If what you want is an office you can drop into unannounced, we're not that either, and there are good Sydney shops who are.
How it works

Diagnose,
produce, iterate.

01

Account & creative audit

Before we produce a single asset, we watch your creative and read it against the account: which concepts are carrying spend, which have gone stale, whether the structure is fighting the creative, and whether the offer is the real problem. Most accounts we look at have a creative problem being treated as a media buying problem.
02

Creative Roadmap + production

We map your creative against what the account has and hasn't tested, then produce against the gaps. Every asset ships coded and tagged, mapped to a testing hypothesis, with the media buying logic decided before it's shot.
03

Test, read, scale

Structured tests, read once the data is actually reliable - usually one to two weeks. Winners scaled into primary spend, losers documented against the taxonomy so the learning survives the ad. Quarterly, the whole set gets analysed at concept level to write the next roadmap.

Why Blitz

There's someone here.
There isn't a head office.

One of our team works from Sydney year-round - coworking in the CBD rather than a client-facing office, but in the city, in your timezone, and able to be at your table on a day's notice. Our head office is in Melbourne.
A small, senior team is the point, not an apology for it. There are no account juniors and nothing gets handed down a chain - the people who audit your account are the people who run it, and a founder is on every account.

Someone in Sydney

In the CBD, in your timezone, and in the room when it matters.

Senior people only

No account juniors. A founder on every account. Nothing handed down a chain.

Australian creator network

Australian talent, settings and references - content that tests better here than imported UGC.

In their words

A Sydney brand,
in their words.

“From our very first conversations with Blitz, it was obvious they weren't interested in taking a one-size-fits-all approach. As we've prepared to launch Inher, they've taken the time to understand our business, challenge our thinking where needed, and build a strategy that genuinely reflects our brand.”

Questions

The things brands actually ask us.

Do you have a Sydney office?

Not an office, but we do have someone here - one of our team works from Sydney full-time, out of a coworking space in the CBD. Our head office is in Melbourne. In practice that means we can be in the room on short notice, and we fly up for planning sessions and quarterly reviews.

Which Sydney brands have you worked with?

MILKRUN, Vitable, EatClub, Dr Naomi, Bellissima, Inher and Woolworths, among others. Several of those relationships are multi-year, and a few of those clients have left public reviews you can read on our Google profile.

Does it matter that your head office is in Melbourne?

For paid acquisition, very little. The levers that move CAC are creative volume, testing discipline and reading the data properly - none of which improve with a postcode. You've also got someone in Sydney for anything that's better done in person, and the rest of us are an hour's flight and the same timezone away.

What's the minimum spend?

We work with brands spending $15k+/month on paid media. Below that there usually isn't enough data velocity for structured creative testing to pay for itself.

Do you work with Sydney brick-and-mortar businesses?

Generally no. We do DTC ecommerce and consumer apps - brands selling online at scale. A local-SEO specialist will serve a shopfront business far better than we will.
